Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number where available.

 

UK Delivery

       Standard Delivery (3–7 business days) — free

International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and fees vary by country and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@ovelya.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping fee.
