30-Day Return Policy — Unworn & Unwashed Items

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

       Condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from signs of use or tampering.

       Tags and Packaging — all original tags must be attached and the item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

       Proof of Purchase — a valid receipt or order confirmation email is required.

 

Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.

 

30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee — Worn Items

We want you to feel confident trying our pyjamas. If you have worn them and are not satisfied with how they make you feel, we offer a 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee with no physical return required.

 

To qualify:

       You must have worn the pyjamas for at least 3 nights.

       The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

       This guarantee applies to your first order only, limited to one refund per household.

       A brief explanation of your experience may be requested to help us improve.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original order and place a new order for the correct size or style once the return is accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

 

UK Consumer Rights — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

As required under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging. Your proof of purchase is required.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are paid directly to our logistics partners and are non-refundable, even in the event of a return, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
